It's almost Mother's Day! Only 9 more days and we want to be sure you have an awesome gift for Mom and Grandma in time for their special day! Good news too! Zoey's Attic Personalized Gifts is taking care of the domestic shipping upgrade this weekend! Our U.S. customers can order your Mother's Day gifts through Sunday, May 1st with BASIC shipping thereby avoiding additional upgraded shipping costs. Unfortunately, the international shipping deadline for Mother's Day has already passed. Starting Monday, May 2nd, you will need to select PRIORITY or EXPRESS processing and shipping at checkout to receive your order in time for your Mother's Day celebration. Then on Wednesday, May 4th you will need to upgrade to EXPRESS shipping for Mother's Day delivery. You can still order with Express shipping on Thursday, May 5th, but we are so sorry we cannot at that time guarantee a Mother's Day delivery even with this upgraded shipping method. We are processing and shipping all Mother's Day gifts and personalized shirts as fast as we possibly can, but the one thing for sure is that we can't control the speed of the U.S. Postal Service. Oh my! It's already the last week of April! I'm looking forward to a warm sunshiny May and of course Mother's Day! As I've shared in a previous post, May is my all-time favorite month of the year. So today, May 2nd, is the last day for our U.S. customers to order with BASIC shipping thereby avoiding additional upgraded shipping costs. Unfortunately, the international shipping deadline for Mother's Day has already passed. Starting tomorrow, May 3rd, you will need to select PRIORITY or EXPRESS processing and shipping at checkout to receive your order in time for your Mother's Day celebration on Sunday, May 10th. When I was a little girl I didn't have any money (we weren't given an allowance back then), so I had to be creative when it came to gift giving.  I would often times rummage through my dresser drawers and choose a prized possession of mine to give for a birthday or Christmas present.  For special occasions such as Mother's Day and Father's Day, I would typically make a greeting card by creating an awesome piece of artwork (at least I thought it was awesome!) and adding sentimental words of love and appreciation.  My parents always seemed to love these very personal gifts above all others.  When I became a mom I soon learned how truly special it was to be on the receiving end of such gifts. These "made especially for you" pictures and Mother's Day cards are, in my opinion, the best gifts ever! Year after year I have carefully placed my treasured gifts in my keepsake memory box.  It's fun to look back at the "custom artwork" with the kiddos and share those precious memories of previous Mother's Day celebrations. Trace handprints, include the year, whatever you like - have fun!" When the budding artist's very own Picasso has been created just simply get your smart phone and some decent lighting and snap a picture and email it to orders@zoeysattic.com.
